Terms of Use

This Terms of Use Agreement governs the relationship between the travel service Volanna Travel and its Users when using the website www.volannatravel.com and booking services (transfers, private tours, excursions). By continuing to use the website or placing an order, the User confirms their agreement with all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the website and the services of Volanna Travel.

Payment and Booking: 100% of the tour or transfer cost is paid upon order confirmation. The order is considered completed once payment is received. If the User cancels the service within the specified time before departure, the following penalties apply: up to 7 days - 30% of the cost, up to 3 days - 50%, less than 3 days or no-show - 100% (non-refundable). In the event that the User refuses the trip or ends the tour early on their own initiative, the paid amount will not be refunded. All tickets and additional services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified separately. The user is solely responsible for all fees, charges and other payments associated with the use of payment methods when paying on the site.

Operational Flexibility: Volanna Travel provides transfers and excursions on Crete and, if necessary, collaborates with partners in other regions (e.g., Santorini). If the service cannot be provided directly (due to force majeure, full booking), we offer alternative options (different route, date, or partner). The company reserves the right to change the tour program, carrier, or guide with prior notice to the user. If the tour or transfer is canceled by the company for reasons beyond the user’s control (e.g., emergency situations, weather conditions), Volanna Travel will make every effort to provide an alternative or full refund.

Intellectual Property: All content on the website (texts, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Volanna Travel or its partners and is protected by law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without the explicit consent of the rights holder. You may view the website materials for personal use, but any unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited. Copyrights and trademarks of Volanna Travel are owned by the company and protected by applicable laws.

In the event of a violation by the User of the site of this clause of this Agreement, the guilty party undertakes to pay Volanna Travel $5,000, as well as compensate for the violations caused in full.

Links to Third-Party Resources: The site may contain links to external resources (airports, hotels, partner websites). Volanna Travel is not responsible for the content and functionality of such external resources and any possible consequences of their use. The user interacts with third-party services at their own risk and should refer to the terms of use of those services.

Limitation of Liability: Volanna Travel provides the website and services "as is" and does not guarantee the absence of errors or the complete accuracy of information. Volanna Travel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages to the user (including loss of profit, data loss). The company is also not responsible for the improper performance of obligations by third-party contractors (tour operators, carriers, hotels). The total liability of Volanna Travel to the user in all cases is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the order. Additionally, both parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, epidemics, military actions, etc.) that could not be foreseen or prevented.

The Company Volanna Travel shall not be liable for the life, health or property losses of the tourist/user arising from the use of the Company's services provided by the Company.

The company Volanna Travel does not provide insurance to the tourist/user of the service against accidents, death or any other risks associated with excursions, trips and tours. All obligations for life and health insurance are solely on the tourist/user of the service. The tourist/user confirms that he/she understands the risks associated with participation in excursions and accepts full responsibility for his/her health and safety.
