Data Sharing and Third Parties: To provide services, we may share part of your data with our partners: airlines, hotels, tour operators, drivers and other contractors as necessary for your booking. We enter into agreements with such contractors requiring them to process your personal data only in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection laws. Additionally, for online payments we use payment systems such as Stripe and PayPal, which process your payment data under our instructions and in accordance with data protection laws. Changes take effect from the moment of publication. The user agrees to independently monitor the current version of the agreement. Continued use of the website after the terms are updated constitutes the User’s acceptance of all changes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). All Disputes in connection with the Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between representatives of the Parties, and if no agreement is reached, in the courts of Athens, Greece. The user acknowledges and agrees that regardless of their place of residence, the relationship with Volanna Travel is governed by the aforementioned laws.
